Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />Gaffron noted the certificate of mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication. There was no one present <br />from the audience for this application. Chairperson <br />Goetter closed the public hearing at 11:05 p.m. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO ATTEND <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />Rovegno moved to approve a lot area and lot width <br />variance for Jeff Ulku finding that no additional and <br />is available and that the lot was a platted lot of <br />record subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Hardcover variance of 5 percent. <br />2. Cars not to back out onto Baldur Park Road if <br />possible. <br />Kelley seconded. Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Rovegno moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the <br />Planning Commission minutes of Jure 18, 1984. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Chairperson Goetten volunteered to attend the Council <br />meeting of August 13, 1984. <br />ADJOURNMENT 11:15 P.M. The Planning Commission adjourned at 11:15 p.m. <br />
