You cannot assign or transfer this proposal to another party without written <br />approval from the city. <br />COSTS <br />The city is not responsible for any costs you incur while preparing your proposal. <br />INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR <br />If selected, you will be considered an independent contractor, not a city employee.
