The contractor advised <br />the inspector that tine owner proposed to install a gate and the <br />monuments/posts were to reach a maximum height of 8'. The owner has filed <br />the necessary variance application and claims the need for a security fence <br />in light of recent property damage claims. It has been reported that <br />unauthorized cars drive into --he property. The gate will attempt to <br />prevent this form of trespass. <br />
