McGovern <br />1989 Fagerness Point Road <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. McGovern: <br />Allen Rezabek the former owner of your current residence, <br />has advised my office that you wish to proceed with the <br />reinstallation of the 6' high privacy fence along the newly <br />defined south boundaries of your property. As you know the <br />Rez•abeks had proceeded with a variance application that was <br />required by the City in order to allow the reinstallation of <br />portions of the fence which are located within 75' the <br />'Lakeshore. Council was to originally act on the proposed <br />approval resolution at the September 12, 1988 meeting but was <br />advised that Mr. Rezabek was no longer the legal owner of the <br />nrcperty and could not legally complete the execution of the <br />resolution. <br />Please advise the City of your intention regarding the <br />installation of the fencing at your earliest convenience. In a <br />recent call Mr. Rezabek advised that he would be contacting you <br />in order to advise you of the need to call my office so that we <br />may complete formal action on the original variance application <br />by the Council. If I have not heard from you by Friday, <br />September 2 3rd I will remove the application from the Council <br />agenda of September 28, 1988. <br />Sincerely, <br />�I A. 0.
