Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: September 23, 1988 CII 1, <br />S: t: 41303 Allen Rezabek, 1989 Fagerness Point Road - <br />Variances - Resolution <br />Staff has not received a response to the letter (see <br />attached) sent to the new owners on September 21, 1988 regarding <br />their desire to continue with the original application presented <br />by the Rezabeks. Mr. Rezabek has advised that the McGoverns wish <br />to continue with th,= application in order to re -install the <br />subject fence sections within the south side yard. Staff has <br />attempted to contact the McGoverns via the phone on Friday, <br />September 23rd, but was unable to reach anyone at the residence. <br />Staff would recommend tabling the application until staff is <br />able to reach the McGoverns in order to have clear direction for <br />the Council so that me may proceed with final action on this <br />application. <br />PROPOSED MOTION! Moved by , seconded by , to indefinately <br />table Application #1303 until the new owners of the property <br />confirm that they wish to proceed with the variance application. <br />Ayes , nays <br />
