34.037. Animals. The keeping of domestic animals <br />for non-commerceia purposes including horses for the use <br />of the occupants of the premises, provided that any <br />accessory building used for housing such animals shall <br />be located not less than 150 feet from the nearest lot <br />line. A minimum of two acres of open pasture must be <br />available for a single horse and one additional acre <br />must be available for each additional -horse. When the <br />horses are kept stabled and do not require pasture for <br />feed purposes, the minimum pasture requirement may be <br />adjusted at the discretion of the Council. such minimum <br />pasture acreage shall be exclusive of minimum lot re- <br />quirements and shall not include low lying lands unusable <br />for pasture or grazing. Any person keeping such animals <br />must comply with the provisions of Chapter 110. <br />Section 3.
