Crystal Bay Road Repair <br />September 20, 1988 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that Council direct staff i r.ti.nue <br />working on the stabilization bank, that that option will be avail -.Le to be <br />ready t- go when the Council has had the appropriate zoning considerations <br />and if Npropriate can be undertaken; or <br />That the Council have the neighbors prepare specific plans and agreements <br />for the following: <br />A) Cul-de-sac of the road: <br />1. Determination for cul-de-sac location in concurrence of the <br />land owner. <br />2. Determination of private street location to serve properties <br />not to be served by Crystal Bay Road. <br />3. Obtain the necessary preliminary indication of an easement <br />from Dakota Rail/private property owners. <br />B) Concurrence of the prccerty owners and/or concurrence of the <br />property owners for a cooperative project to restore the bank which <br />may be a combination of Alternative #1 and/or #4, and concurrence to <br />pay for the estimated costs over and above the sheeting costs. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by , that the Council direct <br />staff to complete consideration of this with the Planning Commission for <br />the recommendation to Council in an expeditious manner as possible together <br />with requesting of the different residents for other alter- Atives to be <br />considered, that they undertake the necessary work to make th -ernativ?s <br />realistic possibilities.
