The existing lakeshore deck has been <br />approved for a matching replacement. No additional encroachment in the <br />lakeshore yard will be approved for the newly constructed deck. <br />Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and <br />as noted in the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject <br />to further review by the City. Variance approval expires one year after <br />date of approval. Permit application must be submitted no later than <br />August 26, 1992. <br />lsv
