Planning Staff Recommendation <br />Planning Staff recommends approval of a hardcover and structural coverage variance to construct a <br />minimal covered entry no greater than 50 s.f.. Additionally, Staff recommends removal of 250 s.f. of <br />driveway hardcover, the rock fire ring within 75' of the lake, wood and stone borders, and all <br />fabric/plastic landscape liners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Determine the size of covered entry porch, if any, that should be allowed and, direct staff to draft a <br />Resolution for approval at the next Council meeting based on Council's decision.
