Table <br />RECOMMENDATION _ - It is recommended that the City undertake the <br />study of th_e total project, both the public and private portion <br />in order to determine the cost of the projecL and get better <br />information to both the City and the residents as to the cost of <br />the upgrade. It is recommended that the City defer its decision <br />regarding the takeover of the private portion until such time as <br />the costs are known regarding that. It is additionally <br />recommended that the City enter into an agreement that the <br />abutting residents to pay foi half the costs of the feasibility <br />study should the City decide not to go ahead the entire project. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , that the Council <br />direct the City Engineer to undertake the necessary feasibility <br />study for Bohns Point Road and Circle regarding an upgrade to <br />bitur+inous overlay and curbing together with expanded width. <br />Ayes Nays <br />cc: Judson Dayton, 1655 Bohns Point Road <br />
