V Vl VA VI/V { / <br />Crystal Bay,Minnesota. <br />Minutes of meeting held in the Village Hall on 3ept.22,I958,at 7:30 P.M. <br />Presont: H.R.Ross,Mayor; R.C.Bagley,K.Turnham E.O.17ood,C.T.'.Aaxwell,Trustees <br />G.A.Hans-n,Assessor; A.G.Stinson,Foreman;Creraid Rcss.Consta:ble;J.E.Johnson. <br />Minutes of meetings held on Aug.25 and 5ep.8,I958,were r'ad and approved. <br />Attorney Louis B.Breehet,representing the Hub Barber Shop at Navarre was <br />present regarding the parking sit. --Lion on County Road I9 at the intersection <br />of County Road I5,asking for continuance of angle parking versus parallel <br />Darking.Council dc31ded to look into the situation further and bring up <br />later for further consideration. <br />The continuance of the present contract with the Suburban gennepin County <br />Relief Board was unanimously approved. <br />The Minnesota Watershed District Act was further discussed and ordered held <br />up for further review and discussion. <br />The public park situation in our Village was reviewed and Turnham suggested <br />that an offer be made to the owners of property desired,if this cou,l� be , <br />ac^•omplished legally,on a basis $5000.00 per annum until cleared: r . .,.•• <br />Clerk will consult legal adhorities and report result at next meet n��o' <br />MaxRell moved that the present trailer restriction be waived in the case of <br />Mrs.Sigafoos,allowing her to use trailer in its present location. <br />No second to motion was made and the motion died. <br />On request of Ward Ferrell for the erection of another residence on his <br />property on County Road 45,Bagley moved,seconded by TurnhamIthat his request <br />be granted subj px however. to the _review and approval of our Planning Com. <br />The budget for I959 was set at $ ICq,000 for Village operation and The <br />County Auditor will so be advised. <br />A notice of meeting of the Orono District Dev.Corporation,on Sep 25th,at <br />The Orono Htgh School was brought up and representatives of our Council <br />will arrange to attend. <br />Verified Accts.No.607 through No.669 were reviewed and aDDroved with the <br />exception of one involving the purchase of tools from the Searaftsoebuck Co. <br />on which further details will be requested including memo.invoice. <br />Meeting adjourned subject to call on October I3,I958. <br />I <br />O.E.Johnson,Clerk. <br />ADproved: <br />�' '`+�--.`.-, i! ;` �+ 1 iI I�- •-P a.I •--� � .�� �`i: Cr+ �'1r.� �1 ��-/ �� 11 ;.<.., <br />
