Mabusth, Building and Zoning Administrat <br />DATE: August 15, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: Building Inspector's Step Adjustment <br />Lyle Oman, Building Inspector, has completed an annual review for <br />step adjustment purposes as of August 9, 1988. The point results <br />of the time spent profile provided to Personnel Decisions, Inc. <br />placed the position at a Group 7 level of the City of Orono's <br />Compensation Plan. Mr. Oman is eligible for Step 3 at Level 7 <br />under the 1988 Compensation Plan wage table. Mr. Oman performs <br />his duties above the expected performance level and I recommend <br />his salary be adjusted from $12.051 per hour to �12.72 per hour <br />to be effective from September 1, 1988. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark E.
