ORDINANCE # , SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 44, SECOND SERIES <br />ADOPTED DECE14BER 14, 1987 <br />ENTITLED '1988 FEE SCHEDULE' <br />The City Council of Orono ordains Ordinance 44, Second Series <br />adopted December 14, 1987, and entitled "An Ordinance Adopting the 1988 Fee <br />Schedule" is hereby amended to read: <br />SECTION 1. Fees. <br />LICENSES & MISCELLAhEOUS CHARGES: <br />Applicable <br />Fees Code Section <br />Fireworks Permit $30.00 9.10 <br />This Ordinance shall be published in the Laker and Pioneer Newspaper <br />and shall be efrective August 29, 1988. <br />Adopted by the City Council of.
