Currently the hardcover on <br />tho property consists of a detached garage, as well as a driveway <br />that continues uphill to the existing house. ~he proposal calls <br />for a new residenCf!I with a porch, deck and attached garage. The <br />drivewa:i' would rcain in the same area, but would become sl:i.g,.~ly <br />st•eper. It is the intention of the Berry's to maintain the <br />detached garag~. In order to access the new, attached garage, it <br />will be necesaary to raise a portion of the yard by bringing in <br />fill i., the south 0-75' :one. The Berry's are proposing a. walk- <br />out which will require grading to be done within the no~th 0-75' <br />zone. One of the reasons the Berry's preferred not to locate the <br />house further back to meet the average setback, is to preserve a <br />mature red oak tree.
