§ 10.03 <br />2. The street yard of the back lot shall be adequately screened by <br />fencing or vegetation at the discretion of the City, so as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights <br />into the side or rear yards of adjacent lots. <br />E. Standards for accessory structures. Accessory structures shall adhere <br />to all requirements of the zoning code, with the following additional requirements: <br />1. Accessory structures within a back lot shall be allowed no <br />closer than 1 O' to a neighboring property's side or rear yard. <br />2. Accessory structures shall not be allowed within the required <br />street yard of a back lot nor within the required rear yard of a front lot which abuts the street yard <br />of a back lot. <br />3. No accessory structure shall be allowed within an access outlot. <br />(Sections 10.04 and 10.05, inclusive, reserved for future expansion) <br />ORONO CC 259-2 (12-13-93)
