The property shall remain in conformance with the site plan attached as Exhibit B to <br /> this resolution. Any future alteration to the site plan,that will expand the conditional <br /> use, shall.require an amendment to this conditional use permit approval. <br /> 2. Future replacement of site signage will require separate review and approval at the <br /> time such signage is proposed. <br /> 3. An accessory storage building up to 200 s.f. in area may be constructed generally <br /> southwest of the church building,shall meet a minimum setback of at least 50'from <br /> all lot lines, and shall be subject to a separate building permit prior to installation. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the applicant, <br /> but are permissive only and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br /> within one year of the date cf Council approval or the special conditions of this <br /> resolution will expire on that date (August 11, 2004). <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br /> resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6.
