If a parcel of land has frontage on both a <br />cul-de-sac portion and a "lead-in" portion of <br />the private road, the driveway shall be <br />constructed off the "lead-in" portion of the <br />private road and not the cul-de-sac. <br />Su.d. 9. Resident Driveways, Approaches and Turnarounds. <br />A. One driveway approach shall be allowed from up <br />to two single residential parcels of lend to the <br />same private road provided that appropriate <br />easements exist between parties sharing the <br />driveway and driveway approach. Parcels having <br />frontage on more than one private road shal'. ne <br />allowed a driveway approach to one private road. <br />H. Residential driveway approach shall net exceed <br />70 feet in width at the intersected right-of-way <br />line. <br />C.
