Works Director. <br />E. Driveways shall not be constructed over curb <br />stops, catch basins or other structures, if at <br />all possible. If there is not other feasible <br />location for the driveway, it shall be the <br />responsibility of the applicant to set the curb <br />stop, catch basin cover, or any other structures <br />flush with the final driveway surface. <br />F. The owner and contractor shall protect the <br />public from injury or damage during the <br />construction of the sidewalk, curb and gutter, <br />driveway, driveway approach, driveway <br />turnaround, curb cuts, roadway surfacing or <br />private improvement in any private road or other <br />private property in the City and any permit <br />issued pursuant to this Ordinance shall contain <br />the agreement of the applicant that the City <br />shall not be liable for damaqe which may arise <br />from the result of work, and that the applicant <br />will hold the City harmless for any liability <br />incurred by the City as a result of such <br />activity. <br />
