Subd. 6. Authority of Public Works Director. <br />A. All work done under a permit issued in <br />compliance with this Ordinance shall be under the direction and <br />supervision of the Public Works Director, who is hereby authorized <br />L <br />to make the necessary rules, regulations and specifications with <br />respect to materials for and method of construction of a sidewalk, <br />3 <br />curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, driveway turnaround, <br />curb cut, roadway surfacing or private improvement in any public <br />road or other public property in the City. A copy of such rules <br />and regulations shall be kept on file with the City Clerk. A <br />permit issued under the provisions of this Ordinance may be <br />revoked by the Public Works Director when he or she determines <br />_hat the construction or activity authorized by the permit is not <br />being performed according to the terms of the permit or tb.s <br />Ordinance. <br />B. Notice of such revocation, with a des ription <br />of the facts supporting such revocation, shall be mailed or <br />delivered to the person named in the permit at the address listed <br />in the permit. <br />C. All work shall cease upon receipt of the Notice <br />of Revocation. <br />
