hazard to the public. Such decision may be appealed in writing by <br />the applicant to the City Council. The City Council shall have <br />the power to affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the Public <br />Works Director. <br />Subd. 4. Permit Fees. The fees for permits for the <br />construction of improvements as outlined above, shall be as set <br />forth in the City's Fee Schedule which may be amended from time to <br />time. <br />Subd. 5. Revocation of Permit. <br />A. All permits granted for the use of public <br />property under the term; of this Ordinance shall be revocable by <br />the Public works Director pursuant to the rocedure set out below <br />in Section 6.05, Subd. 6, "Authority of P.iblic Works Director." <br />B. In addition to the provisions of Section 6.05, <br />Subd. 6, a permit may be revoked by the City Council and City <br />shall have the riyht to revise, relocate or close any sidewalk, <br />curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, driveway turnaround, <br />curb cut or private improvement in any public road or other public <br />property in the City aL the result of the reconstruction of any <br />road, a change in land use, or a major change in the traffic <br />pattern of an existing land use. <br />
