The applicants have paid the <br />necessary penalty fees for the land use review. Planning Commission <br />advised that the penalty fee for a building permit would be decided upon <br />the final action of the Council. <br />The Planning Comission adopted the approving alto. .native recommendation of <br />the staff referred to as •Alternative 2" and added two conditions of <br />approval. Number 1 is noted above, total reduction of 3.4% of hardcover <br />within the 0-250' setback area and that the City would not approve <br />additions to the deck that would result in an increase in hardcover. The <br />enclosed resolution has been drafted per the finding and conditions of the <br />Planning Commission recommendation. <br />
