A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODES SECTION 18.93, SUBDIVISION 5(H) <br />AND RESOLUTION NO. 2188 - FILE 1276 <br />WHEREAS, Gary V. Kirt (hereinafter the applicant) has an <br />interest in the property located at 3800 Wayzata Boulevard, <br />within the City of Orono (hereinafter City) and legally described <br />as follows: <br />Those parts of Lots 11, 12 and 13, "MINNETONKA <br />GARDEN ACRES", according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, lying southerly of the centerline of <br />Hennepin County State Aid Highway No. 6 Plat 5, as <br />delineated in Book 70, Page 3844152 of Hennepin <br />County records. Also Lhe north 1/2 of adjoining <br />old County Road No. 6 now vacated (hereinafter <br />property); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono <br />for a conditional use permit to renew the previous permit issued <br />to the former owner for the "incidentia'. alteration" of the <br />existing structure that contains a legal ron-conforming use by <br />permitt;nn interior alterations set forth in the attached floor <br />plan as page is of this resolution. Such improvements are cited <br />as follows. <br />1. Relocation of approximately 50 square feet of office <br />area within an already defined commercial used area. <br />2. The loss of commercial floor area totaling 90 square <br />feet is to be off set by the expansion of new commercial <br />f loor area adjacent to Area 1 of the f loor plan noted <br />a..)ve and to be used f or open she It display purposes. <br />3.
