Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE: ,June 22, 1988 <br />SUBJECT: Additional Comments and Planning Commission <br />Recommendation <br />Planning Commission had no further comments outside of the points <br />addressed in the staff memo listed above. The applicant, Gary <br />Kirt of the David C. Bell Investment Company, has filed the <br />required conditional use permit as the new owner of the property <br />and plans to continue the same level of operation as approved <br />by the previous owner, Doug Bumgardner. In the beginning, the <br />operation will be slightly down scaled because there remains <br />incompleted alterations and repairs to the structure that were <br />never completed by Mr. Bumgardner. The market will continue to <br />be called Summerfield Farm. The Planning Commission unanimously <br />approved the conditional use permit for Gary Kirt. The enclosed <br />staff resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission's <br />approving recommendation. <br />I <br />
