LA25-000031, WARREN GARRETT, 650 BROWN ROAD NORTH, VARIANCE <br />The Planning Commission is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and <br />discuss and approve a variance to construct a second -story addition within the dimensions <br />of the existing house. <br />The Planning Commission discussed the item and asked questions of staff and the applicant, <br />Warren Garrett, 650 Brown Road North. <br />Chair Bollis opened the public hearing at 6:26 p.m. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Chair Bollis closed the public hearing at 6:26 p.m. <br />Commissioners were in favor of the variance as the average lakeshore setback is for sightlines, <br />and a modest second story does not affect any other home's view. <br />Weltzin moved, Prchal seconded, to approve LA25-000031, 650 Brown Road N, Variance <br />as applied.
