AGENDA ITEM <br />Date: September 8, 2025 <br />Title: Annual Performance Review of the City Administrator <br />Presenter: Adam Edwards, City Administrator / Engineer <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br />Item: 5 <br />Purpose: <br />The purpose of this item is to summarize the closed session held on August 25th to review City <br />Administrator Adam Edwards' performance in 2024. <br />2. Background: <br />Pursuant to the State's Open Meeting Law, Minn. Stat. Section 13D.05, Subd. 3(a), the City <br />Council conducted a closed meeting as part of its August 25th, 2025 regular council meeting to <br />evaluate the performance of City Administrator/ City Engineer Adam Edwards in 2024. <br />3. Summary: <br />The Mayor, all Council Members, as well as City Attorney Soren Mattick attended the closed <br />session. At the meeting, the council completed the review. The Mayor then provided a summary <br />to the City Administrator on August 28th. <br />4. Staff Recommendation: <br />None. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve this summary. <br />30 <br />
