Mabusth presented the revised plan. 1600 Shoreline Drive <br />The following comments were made: SUBDIVISION <br />(#431) <br />1. The SO' private road easement is not designated <br />on the plan. <br />2. Lot area allowance should be reconsidered with <br />the exclusion of the driveway easement. <br />3. Existing Buildings: Lot 3 (existing cottage <br />and garage) At this time the applicant did not <br />know what would be done wit!: these buildings. <br />Lot 4 (existing house) this is shown on two lots. <br />Lot line si )uld be moved so it is only shown on <br />Lot 4. <br />Public Information Meeting has been scheduled for <br />December 11, 1978. Applicant was instructed to <br />contact staff for the required information needed <br />for that meeting. <br />Mr. Oberhauser was present. This request concerns LOUIS B. OBERHAUSER 1 <br />land in Orono and Wayzata. It was noted that the 200 Wayzata Boulevard <br />land in Wayzata is now 2 acres instead of 4 acres SUBDIVISION, REZONING <br />as originally submitted. Wayzata will first CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />address this application at heir December meeting. & VARIANCE <br />r,4�1 <br />Applicant stated: <br />1. He has talked to the highway department and <br />they have agreed to the access on old Highway 12. <br />2. Talked with Wayzata and has made arrangements <br />for sewer for this property. <br />3. The location of these condominium units across <br />the city borderline was due to the topography ns <br />there is a large bluff area in both cities and to <br />be useful and buildable the whole lot would have <br />to be used. It also gives a beautiful view of the <br />golf course and marsh which enhances the property <br />values. <br />
