Zoning File ti:44`. <br />September 20, 1 H9 <br />Page 3 <br />Additional Comments and Planning Commission Recoi.miendation - <br />The applicant advised that he did indeed intend t, install a <br />privacy fence aroune the prol:osed pool area. 7n fact, <br />applicant's insurance company requires a minimum 5' height fence. <br />The Planning Commission advised the applicant of the new lot <br />coverage standards for lots under 1.99 acres and advised that if <br />the height of the fence is to be at 6' or greater, that the area <br />of the pool would be counted against the lot coverage inventory. <br />This improvement would also require variance approval. Applicant <br />advised that he would install fence under 6' in height. ThH <br />enclosed resolution has been drafted per the P.:-nning <br />Comirission's approval recommendation. <br />
