City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />6. Applicant shall provide 6 "year round" parking stalls on the <br />south side of the existing and proposed structure on Tanager rake tc <br />assure adequate customer larking space during winter boat storage <br />months. <br />7. Authorities granted with this resolution run with the property not <br />with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be exercised by <br />application for a building permit per the guidelines for the phased <br />development set forthe in the above referenced agreement between the <br />City and the applicant that would allow the completion of the entire <br />project by 1991. <br />8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be junishable as a misdemeanor. <br />9.
