City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1�_3t3 <br />NOW, THEREFORE HE IT RESOLVED, that based upon either oae or more <br />of the findings notes; above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby <br />approves the preliminary plat application of Karen & Richard Ziminski per <br />t):� plat drawings by Mark S. Gronberg dated September 25, 1987 and revised <br />January 18, 1988, subject to the condition that prior to the issuance of <br />building permits for new construction the final plat must be filed with the <br />Hennepin County Recorder's Office and the removal of the existing paving <br />completed by May 1, 1988. Please note a building permit will not be <br />issued for new construction on I.ot 2 until specified area of existi:i <br />gravel drive is removed. <br />Final Plat Submittals <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br />Administrator two weeks prior to the :.-gulariy scheduled Council meeting on <br />the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />1. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies a:,1 one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"=2001. Drawing to include: <br />a) Lot lines platted per preliminary .survey by Mark S. Gronberg <br />dated September 25, 1987 and revised January 18, 1988. <br />b) Dedication of "d-ainage and utili*.y easements" 0' wide along <br />all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br />property lines. <br />c) Dedication of road right f-ways for North Brown. Road an3 <br />County State Aid Highway No. 6. <br />2. IEGAL DOCUMENTS required: <br />a) Title opi-ion addressed to t- ^sty. All owners, mortgage <br />holders or others with property _erest indicated therein shall <br />sign the plat and all other documents affected by such interest. <br />b) The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded <br />easements currer'ly affecting the property. <br />3.
