�-- City of ORONO <br />{�_�:'\ y <br />I RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />l ' <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />12th day of October, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on <br />the proposed improvement of Woodhill Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' <br />pub1ishrd notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />hell] thereon Dn this 22rd day of November, 1987, at which all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opporutnity to be <br />heard t`:-r(-on. <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COU`iCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA; <br />1. Such imprcvc:ment is hereby ordered as proposed in <br />the Council resolution adopted 12th day of October, <br />1927. <br />2.
