Zoning Administrator <br />From: Tom Jacobs, Building i Fire Inspector <br />Date: June 1, 1988 <br />Subject: 1153 Elmwood Avenue - Orono- Site Inspection to Determine if <br />Second Floor is Feasible. <br />On May 27, 1988 I conducted an inspection of the above subject <br />property whcih revealed that a second floor is possible with the <br />following changes: <br />1. Provide a 2' by 6' bearing wall at the center of the <br />basement. <br />2. Provide structural support over basement windows. <br />3. Assure that adaquate drainage is maintained at the east end <br />of the house. <br />
