Prior to Council review, applicant shall provide staff an existing and <br />proposed floor plan for the residence, to verify that the addition will not <br />function as a seperate dwelling unit. <br />2. Prior to Council review, applicant shall satisfy the Building <br />Inspector that the existing structure can structurally support the proposed <br />cantilevered addition. (Please contact Building Inspector Tom Jacobs, at <br />473-7357 to set up an appointment to review the structure, so he can <br />determine whether a structural eriino.er's opinion is required). <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of additional <br />information.
