Thy Declaration will put of record private <br />restrictions benefitting the City and adjoining property owners <br />relating to the use of the upstairs portion of her garage for <br />residential purposes. <br />The Declaration also sets out the extent to which <br />Mrs. Thomas would like to keep existing plumbinq equipment in <br />the garage building. The upstairs equipment would, of course, <br />be inoperative with the exception of heating and in <br />the lower <br />portion of the garage she would like to keep ope a <br />heating plant and radiators as well as any water faucets. <br />This Declaration would certainly have the effect <br />of giving notice to any prospective purchaser of limitation of <br />use of the garage buildinq and at the same time would permit <br />any future owner of the property or Mrs. Thomas, ifninq <br />from <br />conditions changm, or if thry obtain proper permission <br />the Council and wish to pay the appropriate toes, to utilize <br />the building for quest or family residential purposes. <br />
