This agreement would be filed in the <br />chain of title of your property. ' <br />The time for a decision has come. Several deadlines have come <br />and gone without an answer. I will expect to receive your decision <br />in writing not later than Monday. August 23. 1992, and that corrections <br />will ha-e been completed and/or all formal applications or agreements <br />filed not later than August 31, 1982. In the event that these <br />deadlines are not met. I will turn my file over to the City Attorrey's <br />office for proper legal action. <br />please let me hear from you. It is our intention to work with <br />you as much as possible to pet this matter resolved.
