This <br />structure is on tf„ ..4er Lake Side of property. <br />The structure on the Brown's bay side of the property will be of wood. <br />Since it is only a ga^ebo, it is not feasible to construct this structure <br />with concrete panels. Per State Building Code 1305.6905, special fire <br />suppression systems must be provided throughout the entire structure with <br />an automatic sprinkler system for fire protection for the building on <br />Tanager Lake Side. <br />Screening <br />Parking is located in an area where screening will not be required. <br />Screening will be required around the dumpster. The existing dumpster is <br />located where staff is requesting a green area. Dumpster has been located <br />in an area acceptable to staff. <br />Signage <br />Proposed signage wi 11 be as shown on Exhibit G. This sicli ge wi 1 1 be on <br />the north and south sides of the building. <br />Size <br />Within the B-2 district, the aggregate square footage of sign stace per lot <br />shall not exceed the sum of one square foot for each front foot of <br />building, plus one square foot for each front foot of lot of occupied by a <br />building.
