� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 244 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE <br /> ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE PROVIDING FOR TEMPORARY <br /> "SET-UP" PERMITS. <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono <br /> is amended by adding Section 43. 060 to read as follows: <br /> Temporary Permits. A non-profit organization, <br /> in conjunction with a social activity held <br /> within the City and sponsored by that organ- <br /> ization, may apply for a one-day temporary set-up <br /> permit. The permit shall be valid only for the <br /> day indicated on it. There shall be no sale of <br /> intoxicating liquor under this permit, nor shall <br /> there be a fee charged at a permitted social <br /> activity where said fee includes the cost of <br /> intoxicating liquor. <br /> The social activity under this permit may be <br /> conducted between the hours of noon and one a.m. <br /> The permittee shall be solely responsible for <br /> the conduct of the attendees. <br /> The fee for the temporary set-up permit shall <br /> be in an amount according to the City fee <br /> schedule. <br /> SECTION 2.
