Failure to <br /> submit such written verification required by this Section <br /> will be considered a violation of this ordinance. <br /> 113.070 Confidentiality. <br /> (1) All information submitted in compliance with this <br /> ordinance shall be held in confidence and shall be <br /> deemed a confidential record exempt from discovery to <br /> the extent permitted by law. <br /> (2) Subject to requirements of confidentiality, the <br /> Chief of Police may develop and maintain statistics for <br /> the purpose of ongoing alarm systems evaluation. <br /> 113.080 Enforcement and penalties. Failure or omission to <br /> comply with any section of this ordinance shall be deemed a <br /> misdemeanor and may be so prosecuted, subject to the <br /> penalties hereinafter provided. Upon conviction, a <br /> violation of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of <br /> not more than $500, imprisonment for a period not to exceed <br /> 90 days, or both. <br /> Section 2.
