All extablished Fire Lanes shall <br /> be permanently and continuously maintained by the property ow- <br /> ner to be free from obstructions including motor vef�icles, <br /> trailers, equipment, storage, rubbish, vegetation or accumulations <br /> of dirt or snow. All required Fire Lane signs shall be perman- <br /> ently and continuously maintained by the property owner to be <br /> securely fastened, not visuafily obstructed in any way, and free <br /> .from paint or vandalism. Missing or vandalized signs shall be <br /> promptly replaced. <br /> 19. 214 Parking or Obstructing Fire Lanes is Prohibited. Whether <br /> located on public property or on private property, no person shall <br /> park or leave unattended any motor vehicle in any estak�li�hed <br /> Fire Lane, and no person shall otherwise obstruct any established <br /> Fire Lane at any time. Any vehicle found unattended in any Fire <br /> Lane may be impounded and towed by the Orono Police Department in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 53. 050 for the disposal <br /> of illegally parked vehicles. <br /> SECTION 2 . PENALTY Any person, persons, firm or corporation who <br /> shall fail to comply with any order given under the terms of this <br /> Ordinance, or who shall in any way violate any of the provisions <br /> or requirements of this Ordinance, shall be guilty of a misdemean- <br /> or and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not <br /> to exceed $500 or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or <br /> both. <br /> SECTION 3.
