0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 236 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUN=CIPAL CODE <br /> OF ORONO BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY IN <br /> BLOCK 7, TOWNSITE OF LANGDON PA,RK <br /> . <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF ORONO ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION l. The Municipal Code of Orono is hereby amended by <br /> amending the Official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District Boundaries for <br /> property legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 6 and that part of Lot 7, lying westerly of a line drawn <br /> parallel with and distant 350 feet westerly of the East line <br /> of Lot 7, Block 7, Townsite of Langdon Park, Orono. <br /> The north 130 feet of Lot 6 and that portion of Lot 7 <br /> described above, Townsite of Langdon Park, is hereby rezoned <br /> to B-4 Office and Professional. Business District. <br /> A. That part o£ Lot 7 described above and the east 200 ft. <br /> of the north 100 ft. of Lot 6, except wetlands, are <br /> hereby rezaned from B-1 Retail Sales Business District <br /> to B-4. <br /> B. The remaining portion of the north 130 feet of Lot 6 <br /> not included in A above is hereby rezoned from LR-1C <br /> One Family Lakeshore Residential District to B-4. <br /> That part of Lot 6, Townsite of Langdon Park lying south of <br /> . the north 130 feet thereof sha11 remain zoned LR-1C One <br /> Family Lakeshore Residential District. <br /> SECTION 2.
