Variations in Snow Loads, identified as SBC Appendix "B" . <br /> : <br /> 3. 1979 Uniform Building Code Appendix Chapter 35, Sound <br /> Transmission Control. <br /> 4. Minnesota Plumbing Code Appendix "B" , Definitions. <br /> C. The following Appendicie, Standards and Supplemental Materials <br /> referenced by the State Building Code as optional requirements <br /> are hereby adopted as part of the Building Code of the City of <br /> Orono as if fully set out herein: ' <br /> 1. Minnesota Plumbing Code Appendix A, the Law Relating to <br /> ^ Licensing of Plumbers in Minnesota. <br /> 2. 1979 i�niform Building Code Appendix Chapter 49, Patio <br /> Covers; Chapter 55 , Membrane Structures; and Chapter 70, <br /> Excavation and Grading. <br /> 20. 030 Organization and Enforcement The organization of the <br /> Building Department and enforcement of the Building Code shall be conducted <br /> within the guidelines established by Chapter 2 of the Uniform Building Code. <br /> The Building Code shall be enforced within the incorporated limits of the <br /> City of Orono. The Building and Zoning Department shall be the Building <br /> Code Department of the City of Orono. The Administrative Authority shall <br /> be a State Certified "Building Official" so designated by the City Council <br /> acting as the Appointing Authority. <br />
