ORDINANCE NO. 228 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF ORONO BY REZONING <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN THE CITY FROM B-2 LAKESHORE BUSINESS <br /> DISTRICT TO LR-lA ONE FAMILY LAKESHORE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br /> Section l. The municipal code of the City of Orono is <br /> amended by amending the Official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District <br /> Boundaries for certain parcels of land legally described as follows: <br /> Block 7 of Bayside Addition and Lots 21, 22, and 25 <br /> of Auditor' s Subdivision No. 203, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota; <br /> which parcels are hereby rezoned from B-2 Lakeshore Business District <br /> to LR-lA One Family Lakeshore Residential District. <br /> Section 2.
