Ordinance No. - <br /> Page 3 <br /> F. License Revocation - Upon complaint by the City Engineer <br /> or City Inspector that the licensee has failed to provide <br /> the City with all required reports or information, or has <br /> failed to correct or replace work when required by the <br /> inspector, or has in any other way caused the City to <br /> question the ability of the licensee to do business according <br /> to the provisions of this code, the licensee shall be notified <br /> of a hearing before the City Council to determine why the <br /> license should not be revoked and the bond forfeited. <br /> Revocation of any outstanding license, or �disapproval of <br /> any license application, shall be for cause noted in the <br /> record of the City Council. Construction after revocatio.n <br /> shall be a violation of this code, punishable as provided <br /> herein. <br /> � 23.050 Permits Required No person shall engage in the <br /> drilling or construction of a new well without first obtaining a <br /> permit from the City for that particular well by paying the fee in <br /> the amount prescribed by the current City Fee Schedule. Each permit <br /> shall expire 120 days from the date of issuance. No permit shall be <br /> required for maintenance or repairs to existing wells . <br /> 23. 060 Inspections Prior to commencing construction, the _ <br /> Contractor shall call for a site inspection to verify proper �Tell <br /> location. The City Inspector must be notified before the well is <br /> test pumped. The City reserves the right to require inspection of <br /> every well, and may inspect the work in progress, the materials, - <br /> testing, measurements, etc, at their discretion. In -case such <br /> inspection discloses any violation, the Contractor shall promptly <br /> correct the work to the satisfaction of the City. <br /> 23.070 Well Record Required A copy of the State Water Well <br /> Record shall be submitted to the City upon completion of each new well. <br /> 23.080 Minimum Standards All water well construction shall <br /> conform to standards set forth in the Minnesota State Board of Hea lth <br /> Water Well Construction Code and applicable sections of the State <br /> Plumbing Code (I�iD 120-135) . <br />
