Building Permits for new dwellings or additions to <br /> existing dwellings on lots of 2.0 acres or more in <br /> area when no variances are requested and providing <br /> � . � that a standard on-site sewage treatment system is <br /> acceptable vnder the provisions of Ordinance 210. <br /> D. Residential land subdivisions limited to applications <br /> involving no variance requests, when all resulting <br /> lots shall be 2.0 acres or mor-e in area, and providing <br /> that a standard on-site sewage treatment system is <br /> feasible on all lots according to the provisions of <br /> Ordinance 210. <br /> SECTION 4. Restricted Area That portion of the City of <br /> Orono that shall be subject to the restrictions of this Ordinance <br /> is all the land within the North Half of Section 5, Township 117, <br /> Range 23 located south of the Luce Line Trail. This land is <br /> referred to herein as the "Stubbs Bay Area" and is generally bounded <br /> by Tonkawa Road on the west, the Luce Line Trail on the north, Leaf <br /> Street on the east, and Bayside Road or Stubbs Bay on the south. <br /> This includes all property fronting on East Lake Street and all <br /> property fronting on West Lake Street. - <br /> SECTION 5. Duration This ordinance shall expire <br /> July 31, 1979, without Council action, or it may be repealed earlier <br /> if the Council determines that the requisite studies have been <br /> completed and adopted and that appropriate evaluation and action, <br /> including any necessary revisions of the Zoning Code, have been <br /> finalized. <br /> SECTION 6. Separability Every section, provision, or part <br /> of this ordinance is declared separable from every other section, <br /> provision, or part; and if any section, provision or part thereof <br /> or action taken hereunder shall be held invalid, it shall not affect <br /> any other section, provision or part. <br />
