The licensee and bond shall hold harmless <br /> and indemnify the city from any claims against the city arising <br /> out of the licensee' s business, and further will restore and pay <br /> for any damage which may be done to any city property by the <br /> licensee. The applicant shall also procure and maintain satisfactory <br /> liability insurance against damages arising from the licensee' s <br /> business, such insurance to be in the following minimum amounts : <br /> Public Liability Insurance, including Products Liability Insurance <br /> � of at least $50, 000 per person and $100, 000 per occurrence, and <br /> Property Damage Insurance of at least $10,000. A current <br /> certificate of insurance shall be filed with the city at the time <br /> of license application. . <br /> C) Fee - There shall be no fee charged by the City for <br />. licensing of Master Plumbers. <br /> D) Approval by Council - Applicant shall satisfy the City <br /> Council that the applicant is qualified by training and experience <br /> to engage in the business of constructing water connections in <br /> accordance with the requirements of this code. <br /> E) License Revocation - Upon complaint by the City <br /> Engineer or City Inspector that the licensee has failed to provide <br /> the city with all required reports or information, or has failed <br /> to correct or �replace work when required by the inspector, or has <br /> in any other way caused the city to question the ability of the <br /> licensee to do business according to the provisions of this code, <br /> the licensee shall be notified of a hearing before the City Council <br /> to determine why the license should not be revoked and the bond <br /> forfeited. Revocation of any outstanding license, or disapproval <br /> of any license application, shall be for cause noted in the record <br /> of the City Council. Construction after revocation shall be a <br /> violation of this code, punishable as provided herein. • <br /> SECTION 3.
