business , and further will restore and pay for any damage <br /> which may be done to any city property by the licensee. <br /> 3 . Insurance: The applicant shall procure and main- <br /> tain satisfactory liability insurance against damages arising <br /> from the licensee ' s business, such insurance to be in the fol- <br /> lowing minimum amounts: $300 ,000 for injuries or death to more <br /> than one person from one accident; $100 ,000 for injuries or <br /> death to one person from one accident; $50 ,000 for property <br /> damage from one accident . A current certificate of insurance <br /> shall be filed with the city at the time of license application. <br /> 4 . Fee: The applicant shall pay to the city a license <br /> fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee schedule <br /> for a license which shall expire on the next succeeding April 1 . <br /> The license shall be renewable on April 1 of each year by pay- <br /> ment of an additional fee and filing of current bond and certi- <br /> ficate of insurance . The license is non-transferrable , and may <br /> not be prorated. <br /> 5 . Approval by Council: Applicant shall satisfy the <br /> City Council that the applicant is qualified by training and <br /> experience to engage in the business of constructing and pumping <br /> on-site systems in accordance with the requirements of this <br /> code. <br /> 6 . License Revocation: Upon complaint by the City <br /> Engineer or City Inspector that the licensee has failed to <br /> provide the city with all required reports or information, <br /> or has failed to correct or replace work when required by the <br /> inspector , or has in any other way caused the city to question <br /> the ability of the licensee to do business according to the <br /> provisions of this code , the licensee shall be notified of <br /> a hearing before the City Council to determine why the <br /> license should not be revoked and the bond forfeited. Revo- <br /> cation of any outstanding license, or disapproval of any <br /> license application, shall be for cause noted in the record <br /> of the City Council . Construction or pumping after revoca- <br /> tion shall be a violation of this code , punishable as pro- <br /> vided herein. <br /> SECTION 22 . 60 ENFORCEMENT, VIOLATION AND PENALTIES <br /> Subdivision 1 : Enforcement. It shall be the duty of <br /> the City Engineer and/or duly authorized City Inspector to <br /> enforce the provisions of this code and to bring to the atten- <br /> tion of the prosecuting attorney any violations or lack of <br /> compliance herewith. <br /> Subdivision 2: Violation and Penalties. Any person <br /> who fails to comply with, or violates any of the provisions of <br /> -16- <br />
