R'he annual license fee for any individual or business <br /> owning a mechanical amusement device operated within the City of <br /> Orono shall be determined according to the total number of <br /> machines located within the City and the amounts shall be the <br /> fees prescribed in the current city fee schedule. <br /> In addition, an annual license fee for each mechanical amusement <br /> device shall be required. �'he annual license fee for each <br /> machine shall be a fee in the amount prescribed by the current <br /> city fee schedule. <br /> 69C.050. Prohibited Practices and Restrictions. No person, <br /> firm or organization possessing an operator's icense hereunder <br /> shall permit any minor, not accompanied by a parent or legal <br /> guardian, to operate any mechanical amusement device in the oper- <br /> ator's place �f business. No persons fiz�: or org3n�za�i.on shall <br /> permit in his or her place of business the operation of any <br /> mechanical amusement device for the making of side bets or gamb- <br /> ling in any form. No prize, award, merchandise, gifts or any- <br /> thing of value shall be given to any such player of such mechanical <br /> amusement device. <br /> No person operating or having control of any licensed mechanical <br /> amusement device shall permit or allow any minor to use any - <br /> mechanical amusement device therein, or to be, remain in, or fre- <br /> quent any such business if any non-intoxicating malt liquor or <br /> intoxicating liquor is served or allowed to be consumed in the <br /> room where such mechanical amusement devices are kept. <br /> 69C.060. Violations by Minors. Any minor who uses a mechanical <br /> amusement device or is in a licensed business contrary to the <br /> provisions of 69C.050 of this ordinance shall be guilty of a vio- <br /> lation of this ordinance. <br /> 69C.070. Penalties. Any person violating any provision of this <br /> ord—inance sha e guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br /> thereof shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500 or by <br /> imprisonment in the County jail for not to exceed 90 days or both. <br /> Section 2. Publication.
