C�apter 13 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 13.020. Definition of Unit. The S.A.C. charge shall be equal <br /> to the number of units of sewage vol�ne which the building will <br /> discharge, multiplied by the fee in the amount prescribed by the <br /> current city fee schedule. <br /> Section 2. Chapter 22 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> . of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 22.030, Subd. B. Fee. Applicants shall pay to the City a <br /> license fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee <br /> schedule for a license which shall expire on the next succeeding <br /> April 1. Said license shall be renewable on April 1 of each year <br /> by p ayment of an additional fee in the amount prescribed by th e <br /> current city fee schedule, and may be revoked for cause. <br /> Section 3. Chapter 23 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 23.030, Subd. C. Fee. Applicants shall pay to the City a <br /> license fee in the amount prescribed by the current city fee <br /> schedule for a license which shall expire on the next succeeding <br /> April 1. Permits Re uired. Before entering upon a particular � <br /> job of well dri ing, a well driller shall file a description of <br /> the job with the City and shall secure a permit for that particu- <br /> lar job by paying the fee in the amount prescribed by the current <br /> city fee schedule for any new wells, and for any repairs where <br /> the charge exceeds $100. Each permit shall expire six months <br /> after it is issued. <br /> Section 4. Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City <br /> of Orono is amended to read as follows: <br /> 25.321. Pe rmit Fees. A permit or inspection fee in the amount <br /> prescribed by the current city fee schedule for a residential or <br /> commercial building sewer permit and a fee in the amount pres- <br />
