(property is served with sewer). <br />Application: Applicant seeks approval of the side and rear setback variances to permit construction <br />of a partial upper level second story/second story over the existing structure. The existing residence <br />structure is located 3' from the existing single stall garage. The following ordinances are pertinent <br />for this review: <br />1. Section 10.22, Subd. 2 -Review of hardcover. <br />500-1,000' setback area= 7,000 s.f. <br />Allowed= 2,450 s.f. or 35% <br />Existing= 1,978 s.f. or 28.26% <br />Proposed= 1,978 s.f. or 28.26% <br />No variance required. <br />4. Section 10.28, Subd. 5(B) -Rear and side setback variances. <br />A. Rear setback <br />Required = 50' <br />Existing and proposed = 29' <br />Variance 21' or 42%.
