Required off-street parking in all districts shall meet the <br />following setback requirements: <br />(1) R districts. Within all R districts, all vehicles normally owned or kept by the occupants <br />on the premises must have a garage stall or open parking space on the same lot as the <br />principal use served. Garage stalls accessory to residential structures may be located <br />anywhere on the lot other than a required yard area, except that such garages may be <br />located to within ten feet of an interior side lot line and to within ten feet of a rear lot <br />line subject to this chapter. Open parking spaces on lots must have a location other <br />than a required yard, except that such parking may be located in a rear yard to within <br />ten feet of an interior side lot line and to within ten feet of a rear lot line. <br />Sec. 18-136. -Residential driveways, approaches and turnaround. <br />(a) One driveway approach shall be allowed from up to two single residential parcels of <br />land to the same road, provided that appropriate easements exist between parties <br />sharing the driveway and driveway approach. Parcels having frontage on more than <br />one public road shall be allowed a driveway approach to one public road. <br />(b) Residential driveway approach shall not exceed 20 feet in width at the intersected <br />right-of-way line. <br />(e) No portion of a driveway approach, except the curb return, shall be constructed within <br />100 feet of a corner.
