The property is considered as a corner lot fronting on Arbor Street. Although the <br />zoning is RR-lB requiring two acres and 200' of width, the lot is a combination of two originally <br />platted 50' lots and is typical in area of many other lots in the Crystal Bay neighborhood. <br />The proposed 2-story home includes an attached garage and has an overall footprint of <br />approximately 1850 s.f. including deck and porches.
